Candle Instructions & Usage

Please refer to your candle wax for usage limits and recommendations.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety and performance of the finished product containing this fragrance through customer product testing.

All products are filled by weight not volume. Fill lines may vary.

In-house tested in 50/50 soy blend and other various waxes. Further testing required for your own product line.

Avoid direct contact with skin.

Soaping Properties & Usage

USAGE: Up to 6%
TESTED % FOR PERFORMANCE: 5%

DISCOLORATION: tan/light brown
ACCELERATION: slight
RICING: none
SCENT STRENGTH (after 6 week cure): very strong

HELPFUL NOTES FOR DESIGN PROCESS:
Slight acceleration, soap sets up fairly quickly in the mold. Recommend adding colorants prior to fragrance. Great for layered designs, chunky drop swirls, and texturing tops.

RECOMMENDED FOR COLD PROCESS SOAPING?
This makes a great all year round or holiday soap. It soaps well, very strong scent with very distinct cedar notes. It would make great men's body care products.

SO refreshing

Okay, I'm not gonna lie - my first impression of The Lodge out of the bottle was that I didn't think I would like it that much. Never judge a fragrance oil until you put it into product! What a refreshing and clean scent. It smells like a breath of fresh mountain air. Excellent throw in coconut wax.

100% many oils smell different and MUCH better in wax!

Not my favorite

OOB it’s very lemony-pine, similar to Pine Sol with strong multi purpose cleaner vibes. I put it in 444 soy wax at 8% and cured for 4 weeks before testing. On the test burn it’s still very Pine forward, less lemony but it still smells like cleaner to me. 😭 Most BTB oils are a big hit for me though this is the rare one that just isn’t great IMO.

Sorry, this isn't a personal favorite of yours. We definitely all have our own preferences. But, it was designed to smell like what you described. Lot of cusomters like that fresh, lemon, (pine-sol) type scent so we had to offer one. :) Completely understand it isn't your cup of tea though. Thanks!
