Description

A cider brewed in secret—steeped in shadows, stirred with spice. Black Cider opens with the crisp bite of Macintosh apple, brightened by the subtle tang of blood orange. But this isn't your orchard stand classic. Beneath the fruit lies a swirl of cinnamon, clove, and simmering warmth, melting slowly into velvety tonka bean that wraps the scent in dusky comfort.

This is autumn after hours. A stolen pour in a glass darker than it should be.

Better than I anticipated

I expected a cider scent but I did not expect the level of depth from this. It takes spiced cider to a whole new level without leaning too heavily in any particular direction. It is sweet without being too much. This is probably one of the best fall collections on the market for 2025
