Different but smells good
So right OOTB this fragrance comes on strong. The hints of rose are there but what what I caught immediately was the charcoal and musk. My first thought was it was going to be a niche candle or take some clever marketing on my part.
Well once I got this fragrance in hot wax and mixing things changed completely, now I’m getting hints of fruity and floral that sort of mellow out the charcoal and musk, but not in a way that diminishes. And some unique the seems to either carry the whole fragrance or maybe tie it together, honestly I’m not sure since I’ve used anything with Guiaicwood before, at I’m assuming that’s what it was.
Well anyways I immediately saw where this candle and fragrance were going to take me and I loved it and so did my customers.
P.S. Wade I love these crazy extreme combinations too, so please keep doing them.
Our combinations aren't going anywhere. And yes... the smell of this one in wax is definitely better than out of the bottle. Its one of my favorites when burning!

Wow! This scent is amazing and can easily be a year round candle. It is dark. It is smooth. It is sweet. It has that chard wood with a touch of delicious rose. And not your grandma's bath soap rose. This is sophisticated and tickles all my emotions. It is sexy, lingering, and has a comforting embrace that stays with you long after the flame has faded.
